Damaged Goods

Freight

Generally our delivery diver will take a photo of where the goods have been placed and this can be provided on request.
Refunds & Exchange/ Repairs

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Please be aware any shipping cost incurred to return the product to us will be deducted from your refund.
